These terms apply to your use of the Design Her Nails & Lashes Extension website, our text messaging program and services booked at our salon at 6160 Stanford Ranch Rd, Rocklin, CA 95765. By using any of them you agree to these terms.

1. Age Restriction

You must be 18 or older to use this website or sign up for our SMS program. Services for minors, including kids' nail services, must be booked by a parent or guardian.

2. SMS Program Description

Design Her Nails Text Alerts is a text messaging program from Design Her Nails & Lashes Extension. When you opt in you may receive:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Rescheduling and cancellation notices
• Replies to questions you send us
• Occasional promotional offers, only if you separately agree to them

Message frequency varies, typically up to 6 messages per month. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.

8. Cancellation Policy

Life happens, we get it. We just ask for a heads up.

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment by calling (916) 412-5970 or replying to your reminder text.
• If you're running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or move you to another time so we don't run over into the next client.
• After repeated no-shows or late cancellations we may ask for a deposit to hold future appointments.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Placer County, California. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
